Buzz 206 Comic
Buzz 206 is a comedian’s comedy show. We feature a combination of established comics as well as some new talent. It takes place in Long Island City, Queens, for admittance into the show you have to Buzz 206 (you see what I did there?) We are committed to providing the best experience possible for our comedians. Below are details for the show:
DATE: Every 3rd Saturday of the month starting Saturday, February 17, 2024
Time: 7:00 pm (Doors at 6 pm)
Cost: $15/online, $20/door
Comedians: a combination of established and new talent
Audience: 30-40 people of color.
The Club: The comedy club is a production studio transformed every month into a night of comedy. The main room seats 30 - 40 people comfortably. A second room down the hall serves as a bar, serving specialty drinks, food, and other refreshments. This room is far enough away from the performing area that any talk at the bar will not disturb the show. A third room is a backstage/green room where the comics wait before their performance.
What can Buzz 206 comics expect:
7-15 minutes of stage time
A high-quality 3-camera recording of your show
30-40-person audience
Optional 45-min video recorded promo session at LaVarro PRO to build promotional materials for the show and your brand
This is NOT a bringer show. No one is required to bring anyone to the show. However, the audience is built around the comedians. So we encourage you to promote the show. We will provide you with any promotional materials you need, including a photo and video shoot of you. This shoot will provide promo materials for the show as well as materials you can use for your personal promotion in the future.
